Software as a Service Agreement
This Agreement is between WILL Interactive, Inc., a Maryland corporation with offices at 10000 Falls Road, Potomac, MD 20854 ("WILL"), and the entity identified either on an associated purchase order form or a purchaser on the WILL website ("Customer"). The Agreement is effective as of the date the last party signs the purchase order form or the date and time that the Customer completes purchase on the WILL website ("Effective Date").
